With funding from the EGLE Rural Electronics Recycling Grant the Otsego Conservation District was able to build a facility for the collection of electronic waste. These items will be collected by E-Recycle LLC in Traverse City to be processed.

Items that will not be accepted:

  • Anything that may contain freon 
    • Refrigerators of all sizes, freezes, A/C units, dehumidifiers/humidifiers
  • Large appliances 
    • Clothes dryers, washers, stoves, dishwashers, or any other large appliances
